June 3: Early registration from 6-8 pm
June 4 & 5: full days, multiple tracks of training sessions
- Welcome Reception in the evening on June 4 (complimentary hors d' oeuvres and networking)
June 6: half-day, scheduled for LInX new users' training, separate (free) registration required. Click HERE for more info!

Registration prices:

$175 for CCAA and IALEIA members; $225 for non-members
$100 off discount for symposium presenters (will be contacted individually with approval and discount code)
Continental breakfast and beverages provided each morning

Nightly room rate: $162 + tax and 6% resort fee
- Resort fee still applies, even if tax exempt
- 25% deposit is required at time of reservation; balance is due upon arrival
- Room cancellation policy:
  - If cancelled more than 3 days before arrival date, there is a $49 cancellation fee
  - If cancelled less than 3 days before arrival date, the 25% deposit is non-refundable
Parking is discounted to $6/night (regularly $15)
Wi-Fi provided in guest rooms and symposium area
Guests may extend their visit at the special rate for up to 5 days before and after the event if space is available

Breckenridge has a courtesy shuttle that runs through town, with one line specifically stopping at Beaver Run Resort.
