PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION, WITH THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS:
  • If you have submitted a presentation for consideration, please wait to make payment.  If you are approved as a presenter, you will receive a confirmation and a discount code to apply to your payment.
  • If you are an exhibitor or sponsor using your complimentary registration, no additional payment is due.  For additional exhibitor/sponsor registrations, please pay using the appropriate member or non-member pricing above.

Don't forget to book your hotel now to guarantee you get the discounted room and parking rates!

For Colorado Tax Exempt Organizations:

  • Bring a copy of your tax exemption certificate with you to the hotel
  • Download and complete the tax exemption affidavit provided to the right and bring it with you to the hotel.​
  • Use "CO Analyst Symposium Government Meeting 2025" as the event/meeting/conference name
  • You must pay with a check or credit card from the tax exempt organization 
  • Failure to bring the required items will result in tax being charged

Symposium Refund / Cancellation Policy - PLEASE READ:

  • Paid registration may be transferred to another attendee up until the day of the event. 
  • All requests for refunds must be made in writing to [email protected] before May 25, 2025.  After that date, no refunds are offered.
  • Refunds requested before the deadline will be reduced by a 10% cancellation fee in order to cover processing fees.
