Membership Renewal for IACA Board/Committee Members

If you are an IACA Board member or committee member and are given a complimentary IACA membership for your service in the current year or if you have already paid your IACA dues on your own, your CCAA dues are reduced to $45.00 for the year. For those eligible CCAA members, please complete the following form. 

Annual Dues/Membership Terms:

• The membership year runs from August 1st to July 31st. 
• Annual CCAA dues are $45.00 and do NOT include membership to IACA.
• Please complete the form below and submit your payment (via PayPal).
  
• If your agency or organization requires a copy of the CCAA's W-9 (Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification), click here.
