2026 Colorado Analyst Symposium

June 17-19, 2026 • Chamonix Casino Hotel • Cripple Creek, CO

Call for Presentations

Dates:

  • Submissions accepted beginning April 3rd
  • Deadline: April 24th at midnight (MDT)
  • Approved presenters will be notified by May 4th
Benefits:
  • Presenters who are selected will receive one complimentary registration for the symposium
    • If there are multiple presenters for a session, only the main speaker will receive the waived registration.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that you have your agency's permission to attend the symposium before submitting your presentation for consideration.

Submission Requirements & Session Details:
  • You'll be asked to submit the following:
    • Presenter's name & session title
    • Presenter's brief bio and head shot photo (optional)
    • Abstract describing the session (500 words maximum) - this will be used to evaluate the submission & will also be in the event  program
    • You do NOT need to submit your finalized presentation - just an abstract.
  • Sessions are typically scheduled for 50-60 minute slots. 
  • If you believe your topic may need 2 slots, please note that in your submission and it will be reviewed.
  • Longer sessions are not guaranteed and speakers should indicate whether they can condense their presentation into a single 50 minute slot if needed.
  • You may be asked to repeat your session to accommodate anticipated demand.
  • Microphones and projection equipment will be provided; presenters must provide their own laptop if one is needed.
  • WiFi will be available in the classrooms, but presenters relying on the internet for a live connection should test it before they begin their session.
