Hotel Reservations:

The Symposium will be held at the elegant and charming Chamonix Hotel Casino in Cripple Creek, Colorado
Nightly room rate is only $110 - this is an amazing rate, AND...the resort fee is WAIVED!

Price guarantee for the room block ends May 20th, so get your reservation in early!

- Do not enter your arrival/departure dates just yet!

Note about the host hotel: we have negotiated this room block with an excellent nightly rate, including waived resort fees and free parking (includes valet parking).

We highly encourage you to stay at the Chamonix, as you'll be close to the action for all sessions and other networking events, and there are convenient dining options available, both on-site, and within walking distance.

This also helps support the affordability of our event, as the rooms we fill will help offset the cost of the classroom spaces. Thank you!

Hotel Policies (IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ):

For tax-exempt reservations:
- Your online reservation will show tax on it until the steps below are completed
- Complete the hotel's credit card authorization form - only enter the last 4 digits of your card number
- Email the CC authorization form and a copy of your organization's tax-exemption certificate to Constanze Williams at cwilliams@chamonixco.com
- Tax exempt reservations must be paid by a credit card or check associated with the agency/organization that is exempt
A deposit of the first night's room rate is required at time of reservation; balance is due upon arrival
A credit card is required at check-in for incidentals; $100/day hold will be authorized, then released after check-out
Room cancellation policy:
- If cancelled less than 48 hours before arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable
